Individuel Development

At Team-up we work with individual development – this means counselling and advisement for managers and employees.

We concentrate on each individual and tailor a process which is focused on a specific demand/need.

Each process will contain the following:

• First interview containing the issues, motivation and clarifications of demands and goals
• Planning of a fast and focused searching process
• Training of managers or employees skills throughout the dialogues
• Applying potential psychological tests
